  • Re-wrote Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration's legacy case management system to service-oriented architecture and modern development platforms.

  • Introduced Agile and Scrum where there were no previous methodologies or frameworks in place.

  • Defined the architecture for a hybrid-mainframe and SQL environment to allow incremental movement to modern architecture.
