  • Managed a team of 2 Senior IT Associates and 5 contracted Solution Architects as well as allocated a $4M budget.

  • Provided architectural guidance for all IT application investments: COTS, SaaS, and custom-developed solutions along with creating IT policy and guiding on strategic direction.

  • Responsible for defining, staffing, and managing Enterprise Solution Architecture Center of Excellence, and defining cloud application architecture for the entire agency with 200+ applications.

  • Set strategic direction for the agency, and in some circumstances, for all state agencies as well as provided mentorship and leadership to the Service-Oriented Architect.

  • Led Agency Application Steering Committee and participated in conference panels and advisory committees, both Agency, and Statewide, as an expert in solution and enterprise architecture.

  • Ensured compliance with and utilization of unified service-oriented and event-driven architectures along with participating in statewide technology and architectural panels and advisory committees.
